Position: IT System Administrator

Location: Vietjet Aviation Academy, E3 – E6 Lot, D2 St., Long Thanh My, Thu Duc City, Ho Chi Minh City

Key Responsibilities:

1. Management and Maintenance of Office Equipment:
   • Perform daily checks and troubleshoot any issues.
   • Ensure regular maintenance and optimal use of all office equipment.
   • Install and deploy new equipment as needed.
2. Network/System Administration:
   • Oversee IT infrastructure including switches, routers, servers, and video conferencing systems.
   • Operate and manage the data center to ensure stable network and server operations.
   • Monitor system performance and make necessary adjustments.
   • Manage backup and restore systems efficiently.
   • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues promptly to minimize downtime.
   • Archive departmental data and regularly clean junk files.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field.
• TOEIC score of 500 or higher.
• Proficiency in network protocols and technologies such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and VLANs.
• Strong knowledge of network and server operating systems, including Windows and Linux.
• Experience with virtualization technologies like VMware or Hyper-V.
• Familiarity with security protocols and technologies, including firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and access controls.
• Previous experience in the aviation or travel industry is a plus.
